Muslim Life Advisory Council
The Muslim Life Advisory Council is a group of Muslim and Non-Muslim Faculty and Staff across Wake Forest University, including the graduate schools, that advocate and provide support for Muslim students. They are also accountability and thought partners for the Muslim Chaplain, and provide her with suggestions in her work. This group of professors have been allies of the Muslim community at Wake Forest prior to there being a Muslim Chaplain or Muslim Life. Muslim Life is incredibly grateful to have this group of people as our support system. Prior to COVID the Council met once a month. During COVID meetings are held virtually or email updates are provided.
